"They treated me with kindness and respect"

I was happy to be referred to the IPS service. I wanted a job and someone to support with the journey. I hoped to come and meet up and look for jobs, applications, talk about interests, job interviews and In-Work Support when I was in work.

I found my initial meeting good and welcoming. My employment specialist Rayhaan was quick to be in touch.

Accessing the service improved my confidence because I was going to a place and meeting face to face with my employment specialist.

My employment specialist made me feel valued and I feel he took care of me and treated me with kindness and respect.

I would like to thank my Employment Specialists Rayhaan and Isaac for being very friendly, I would also like to thank my Care Coordinator Aftab.

I don’t think there is anything else the service can improve on.
