I am required to regularly have visits to my local GP surgery to have bloods taken.

As can be expected, this could be a cause of stress for the individual concerned, especially if you're the type that provide problems in being able to provide blood - one time in a hospital three different persons attempted to get blood from me but all threw in the towel when they discovered I was due to get my bloods done at my local GP surgery the following day.

Hence Aileen came to the rescue once again, always smiling with a good story to tell,  just makes you feel relaxed and always manages to carry out her duties with the highest levels of professionalism you would expect from healthcare employees.
