"Bad experience, rude and abrupt ladie"

I visited the surgery this morning for the first time this year. I have never experienced anything as unprofessional in my entire 50 years been at the surgery. The short hair ladie on reception was rude and very snappy at the patients in front. When I spoke to her she was abrupt and puffed at me a few times while trying to deal with my request. There was a few patients behind me so a young girl from the back came to see if anyone needed help. The short hair ladie was very unprofessional and dismissed her help. I felt sorry for her as she walked away probably feeling bad. My self and family will be moving surgerys as patients don’t need to be treated so bad and to witness it to staff is not good either. Don’t work first hand with people if you have a bad unprofessional manor
