About: Red and Green Practice

Saw a doctor on 12th August (late p.m.)

Dr tried to make an urgent referral for SDEC (same day emergency care) but was unable to confirm. I was advised to wait until lunchtime on 13th August and if I had not heard from the hospital, then I should phone the surgery and ask them to chase up the appointment.

When I phoned, I was told that the Dr means tomorrow 14th August. The Dr actually sent a note to the surgery at 18.22 on the 12th, which means i should have been seen today.

Now I have to suffer what are quite debilitating symptoms for another 24 hours.

This is not the normal level of service that I get from this surgery but I am disappointed that the person with whom I spoke would not allow me to explain.
