About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

We’ve been here for over 5.5 hours. Still not been seen, my partner is in incredible pain. The staff on reception have been extremely rude.

Dear Sarah...

I am sorry to hear that you are in A&E and there is a delay to being seen. Whilst the staff are usually quick to respond to Care Opinion feedback they also have clinical duties so may not see this immediately.

If you are still in the department and unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please can I ask you to raise this with a member of the senior team on duty.
