I have been attending Daisy Hill Hospital Day Clinical Unit for ongoing treatment. The staff at the day clinical unit have been tremendous;
Very professional, informative, knowledgeable and approachable. This goes for all staff within the department from the clerical staff, to the support staff, to the nurses and the ward Manager (Rosin).
My first encounter with the Day Clinical Unit was a courteous phone call to book me in for my appointment. The lady on the phone was very professional; Took the time to clarify my details, explain the treatment and provided me with a suitable appointment time and date along with contact details for the unit.
My first day in the Day Clinical Unit, Rosin was very professional and welcomed me to the unit. Rosin was very knowledgeable and provided information on Haemochromatosis and the treatment involved. I was also provided with the opportunity to ask any questions and seek clarity.
The lady on reception was extremely professional and courteous.
Rosin and her colleagues, Maureen, were always extremely professional and helpful at all times. It was very notable that all staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.
The Day Clinical Unit was always maintained to a very high standard. Which is highly commendable to all the staff on the Day Clinical Unit.
A massive well done to all at the Day Clinical Unit Daisy Hill Hospital for an extremely efficient and effective service provided by a hard working dedicated professional team. Thank You.
"An extremely efficient and effective service"
