"I am thankful to the team for everything they have done,"

About: Urgent Community Response / Mid Notts Urgent Community Response Team

(as a relative),

Care home contacted me re Mother having temperature, showing signs of aggression. She has regular UTI's and I thought, here we go again!

I was concerned that 111 would be called and the paramedics would take her into hospital which doesn't do her mental health any good.

The care home called the GP and they were unable to attend so the Urgent Community Response team were called.

Thankfully she was able to stay in the care home and there was no need to admit her to hospital.

A quick response and regular communication with the family, I was very impressed with Jon and the team.

Constant care of Mum and treating her with dignity and respect keeping her and the family in the loop during the tests and treatment

Mum has improved and I am thankful to the team for everything they have done, I hope the care home will be contacting the team in the future with the ongoing care of Mum.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback, we really appreciate it. It's great for us to see that what we do makes a positive difference and I'm glad we were able to help support your mum.

I will make sure Jon receives your kind words.

Many thanks,

Emma Moore
