"The most fantastic, caring and hard working team"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Blood vessel problems ( Vascular Ward 11a &11d)

(as a relative),

Just have to say that the staff of ward 11D at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital are some of the most fantastic, caring and hard working team I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in what was a really traumatic hospital stay for my dad.

The care he and my family received from the ward clerk, dinner team, nurses, nursing assistants, student nurses, doctors and every single member of staff that has been in contact with him and us are a complete and utter credit to the NHS.

You are all utter stars and we’ll never be able to thank you enough for supporting us as a family but especially dad during this time.

Dear FHS68,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback regarding all of the team in 11D.

It gives the team a real sense of achievement when their hard work is recognised and acknowledged.

I will be sure to pass this on to the team.

Wishing your dad and your family well for the future.

Best wishes,

Debbie Macintyre
