About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 11b)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was transferred to ENT emergency treatment room on ward 11b QEUH last Monday from the out of hours GP service at the RAH with a severe ear infection. From last Monday until yesterday when his treatment was completed, the care and attention he has received has been outstanding. He has seen 5 doctors throughout all 4 appointments within the week and each one has given him excellent care and taken the time to explain each procedure he has had. 

Thank you all so much your care and attention has been very much appreciated by us both.
