"Very grateful for quick response"

About: Urgent Community Response Mid Hants

(as a carer),

In the last few days we had several visits from your team, everyone showed good knowledge and skill, we are very grateful for their quick response and useful advice we received.

Our client was approached with courtesy, respect and patience.

The facilities, rooms, floors, staircases, toilets etc were looked at, notes were taken and photos taken for reference.

We appreciate this service greatly as it helps us to improve our care, avoids unnecessary hospital stays, and secures more safety at home for our client.

Sadly a transfer patient turner is not available for our client, but a hoist is the next best thing for him.

Overall we are very happy with your support.

Thank you

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know how we did when we treated your client.

It’s good to know that our admission avoidance provision has such a positive impact. I will make sure the team get to hear your feedback

thank you
