"My support after breaking an ankle"

About: Community Therapy Services / Eastleigh and Chandler’s Ford

(as the patient),

My daughters called adult services, my GP surgery to ask for assistance after I fell whilst on holiday and broke my ankle. I needed a walking aide of some kind to enable me to get to the bathroom and around my flat.

Jenna came on a visit very soon after the call from my daughter and she has been amazing.

She listened with empathy, arranged for an indoor frame to be delivered, advice on other aides available.

She then periodically called to check on me and check on my recovery over the following weeks. I felt that she was someone unbiased that listened and heard what I said. She visited to check I had everything I needed for support and had other items delivered to help with the healing.

I felt that I could call on her if I had a problem and she would be able to help

I'm so pleased to hear that you got the care and support you required whilst you were recovering.

Thankyou for your lovely feedback, I have shared this with Jenna.
