(as a service user),

My recent Biopsy treatment was carried out at the Lagan Valley Hospital and I must say that right from the start I was treated with respect from the receptionist right through, everyone was kind and courteous and treated me like I was a person. They put me at ease and explained everything that was going to take place and then explained each procedure as it was happening. I could not have been treated any better and I commend the whole team on their attentiveness.
