About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I attended ED last weekend following a head injury. 

Every single member of staff treated me with care and empathy from the person at the front desk, to all the nurses and the radiographer. 

Special thanks to Kate the AP for your time and care. 

Being there for a few hours allowed me to witness the minors staff working so well as a team, providing efficient and prompt care for everyone. Most importantly it was delivered with professionalism and genuine compassion.
