"Kind manner and genuinely caring attitude"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Neurology

(as the patient),

I had to have my 3rd nerve conduction study. As part of the Neurology Team I saw a lovely lady, Tracey, a Clinical Physiologist.

She was extremely kind, caring, professional and personable throughout my procedure.

Tracey put me at my ease with her friendly and sunny disposition, which took away any concerns or worries I had about the procedure. I appreciated her explaining her findings afterwards and advice. She made me feel very comfortable.

Tracey is a credit to the department and the hospital. I wish all clinicians were like her.

Good morning,

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback on your experience.

We are so pleased to hear that you had such a positive experience at NGH whilst having your third Nerve Conduction Study.

It is also wonderful to hear that Tracey carried out excellent patient centred care throughout your experience and helped ease any worries or concerns that you may have had.

We will ensure your kind words are passed on to Tracey, which we are sure will put a huge smile on her face.

With best wishes
