"Kind, thorough and respectful"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Neurology

(as the patient),

I recently had a telephone consultation with Dr Nithi, Consultant Neurologist/Neurophysiologist, who I found to be kind, non-judgemental, professional, a very good listener, had empathy towards me and genuinely seemed to care about what issues I was having. His explanations were thorough, well thought out and he was understanding and compassionate toward me, which I appreciated.

He gave me superb advice, explained what could and couldn't be done and agreed to refer me to various other medical professionals.

He kindly did the referrals and I received a clinic letter from him very quickly. 

I was extremely impressed by him in every aspect.

I wish all consultants were as kind, thorough and as respectful as he was.
