"My mum's excellent care"

My mother received excellent care and attention from our GP practice. The combined effort of all the staff ensured my mum got the best care. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure the information that was passed to the teams that were going to be looking after her was correct. The practice nurse Roberta also done everything she could for us on a Friday afternoon, thank you so much. Honestly I feel GP get slated but this practice needs be congratulated for the excellent team work that kept my mum out of  hospital.  The GPs both of them worked so much in the background to help an elderly person stay at home as per her wishes. She doing great and we’re out shopping again. Thank you for helping us. 

This is quality 20/20 at its best, my mum's wishes were the focus and she was kept at the forefront of everything.
