(as the patient),

I had an over the phone pre-op assessment and the nurse was fabulous. My appointment was booked at the Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline. 

The staff where efficient, let me know what was happening, cared for me and made me feel at ease. Chatted away to me had a laugh even during the procedure. 

I cannot thank them enough their care was excellent. And the tea and toast was great too

Thank you so much for taking time to feedback about your recent pre-assessment over the telephone, followed by your procedure today. And how welcoming and professional the staff were towards you during your visit today. I think that due to this being an invasive procedure it helps to ease your anxiety when you get a chance to have that conversation with your nurse. And a little bit of laughter does everyone the world of good.

I will pass on your very kind words to the staff about the excellent care your received and how efficient everyone was. Even down to your much needed tea and toast. Wishing you a speedy recovery
