"Made less stressful by all those who looked after me"

(as the patient),

I attended NDDH Endoscopy department recently for a bronchoscopy, and although I wasn't looking forward to it the experience was made less stressful by all those who looked after me.

Many thanks to all, especially Emma, Minerva and Dr Bosence. It was reassuring to have everything explained to me prior to, during and after the procedure.

It can be very stressful attending for any procedure as the unknown can cause anxiety, especially when having a Bronchoscopy and I am so glad to hear the team made your experience less stressful.

I will pass your thanks onto the Endoscopy team but especially the staff you have mentioned.
