"Kind and Caring"

I just want to say Thank You to all the kind and caring staff at Portmill who have helped me get through a recent appointment to have a blood test.

I am severely phobic of needles and Portmill staff gave me the help and support I needed: The reception staff made sure I was allocated to a nurse who could give me the best help. I was prescribed some numbing cream before the appointment and given other advice on how to make the procedure easier.

The nurse was extremely caring and gentle throughout the procedure, as was another member of staff from the Portmill Team who sat with me to support me while I had it done.

Afterwards when I unfortunately went into shock, both were helpful and supportive and sat with me until I had calmed again.
