About: Accident & Emergency / Phone First Causeway Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

I had an elbow injury. I rang Phone First to get an arrival time for Minor Injury Unit.

Kathryn at Phone First quickly triaged me and gave me an arrival time within an hour

Short wait in Causeway Minor Injury Unit waiting area and then seen by ENP Kerry

With in an hour I was assessed, xray done and treated for radial head #.

A very efficient service by professional staff

My name is Victoria McCrory and I am the Assistant Clinical Services Manager for Causeway ED. I am sorry to hear that you have recently sustained an injury and had to attend ED.

I am delighted to hear that whilst in the department you had a positive experience, and found the service both efficient and professional.

EDs have remained under sustained pressure for a lengthy period of time, and staff continue to strive to provide the highest standards of care. Positive feedback plays an important role in helping boost staff morale and reminding them of the fabulous work they do. Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback.
