I was referred by my GP for an X-Ray of my knee.
I presented at the main department, waited a maximum of 5 minutes before being called through to the changing cubicles.
The wait here was also minimal + I was then taken through by a pleasant Radiographer who quickly explained what would be happening.
All her instructions were clearly given + her friendly but efficient manner made the whole experience stress-free.
As an ex- NHS employee ,I am very aware of the constraints + criticism that staff endure so I felt it necessary to express my gratitude to the practitioner in question + also to voice , once again , my praise for our prestigious Health Service + also to thank all who work tirelessly + diligently to maintain these high standards.
Thank you again.
