(as a service user),

I had an implant replacement today and was treated with the utmost care, consideration and respect. The last implant I had had been put in incorrectly, and the doctor that took it out today really knew what she was doing, was super professional, and was swift and efficient.

I really appreciated the care I was given as I was very nervous. The staff looked after me with total compassion and I would feel very secure to come back to the lovely team who looked after me today.
