Paul and Victoria conducted a six monthly assessment of my father who has Dementia in Alzheimer’s disease with late onset - review conducted at the beginning of August 2024.
Paul and Victoria were both very professional and polite and conducted their assessment in an efficient and courteous manner
Very prompt report of the assessment provided as requested by post shortly after the visit
Also very prompt and efficient progressing by Paul and Victoria regarding a Council Tax reduction with DMBC
Very impressive attitude and service which is very much appreciated by my father and mother
