Just want to say a big thank you to all the team, on this unit, you were all amazing, and went above and beyond your job, to make my procedure more comfortable.
I was so nervous about having my endoscopy, after, a terrible experience in another hospital. And I also have a needle phobia, and various health conditions and disabilities.
I was able to talk through my fears with the staff, who reassured me every step of the way, they also had time to distract me, while the other nurse but in my canulla for sedation.
Even through the actual procedure, I felt reassured.
Credit where credits due, you were all amazing , I felt you went above and beyond what was required. Thank you again.
