Got a message from GP that my appointment is on 6/8/24 at 12:00 so I reached there before and I said all my details to a lady and she confirmed my appointment and told me have a seat and someone will call you.
I was waiting till 1:00pm and nobody called!
The lady which had confirmed my appointment called me and asked me again , what is your date of birth? I told her again and she confirmed my name again and she was talking with herself... then she started talking with her colleague which was besid her and I think she mentioned this issue to her that she has forgotten to check me in, in the system !!
They took my phone and looked to message about my appointment then she asked me why I'm there for what reason??
I said I don't know the doctor knows that is why I have appointment.
As far I know I'm a heart patient I have two stent in my heart and my medication has finished as well so maybe there are some important check up needs to be done, she said you don't have appointment here?? What ??
Then who send this message to me ?
She says I don't know!!!
Then who knows??
She says I don't know!!!
I told her when I come here one hour ago your colleague asked my details and then confirmed my appointment and asked me to have seat there to be called by someone but why and how you say I don't have appointment now after one hour ???
She said go online and book appointment.
I said the link you have sent months ago isn't working and there is no appointment she said no there is alot of slots go and book there, whilst she repeated two times that I'm in position 2 for today's appointment but she ignored her words and told me go and here is no appointment.
I asked her if something happened in the system any error or something that's ok rebook it for today or tomorrow she refused and said no go and book by that useless link.
They were very rude, unprofessional, impolite, illiterate, irresponsible with a very racist behaviour, i can confirm this.
I will go ahead to raise an official complaint against them to the ministry of health and all other related departments. It's not that easy to do this with people.
Their place is not there. They should stay at home or if they want to work, cleaning is a better job for them. That's appropriate job for them.
Customer service/support, in a GP with patients is not easy job.
Educated people with kind heart and big patient can do this.
