"An amazing man and doctor"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

Dr Kay was exceptional and showed amazing care towards myself at out of hours at QMH.

I have been receiving chemotherapy and radiotherapy and have had some painful side effects from this and attended out of hours on Friday as I was in horrendous pain. I seen Dr Kay and he was An Angel sent from Heaven! He showed so much compassion and care towards me and I will be forever grateful for his help. He even called me on Saturday to see how I was doing. An amazing man and doctor.

Dear Marlenebx24

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, we really appreciate it. I will request that your feedback is shared with Dr Kay, I am sure they will be equally delighted. Lovely to see you describe a member of our team as an 'angel', very heart warming. I am so happy that we have been able to provide you with the care and attention required, at such a critical time for you as described. Care and compassion is so important, it is good to see your experience really demonstrated this. Please take care, and wish you well with your ongoing treatments.

Kindest regards

Jamie
