"She was a little ray of sun"

About: Adult Health Services / Continence Services

(as a service user),

I had my first face to face appointment at the Continence clinic - Coatbridge Health Centre. It wasn't something as I particularly looking forward to, however upon meeting the Nurse, Michelle, I was instantly put at ease.

Michelle was extremely personable, knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly as we went along. It fair put me at ease. She was also very accommodating with my physical mobility issues and generally made an appointment I was kind of dreading, and a bit embarressed about, actually no problem at all.

She was a little ray of sun and inspirational with the stories she shared. A credit to the NHS and exactly how you both envisage and want a nurse to be. Many thanks, Michelle. I hope this gets to your boss! :-)
