"The overall experience I felt was exceptional"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Clinical Intervention Unit

(as a service user),

This was my first visit for treatment following a relatively new diagnosis. From the minute I arrived on the ward I was greeted with a friendly welcome and was made to feel relaxed by the whole team.

The overall experience I felt was exceptional, I've never felt so cared for, all my nerves were gone quickly and the process of receiving the treatment was so smooth.

As well as this, thanks to the nursing team's attentive nature and professional advice, I left with a better understanding of what I need to do to prepare for future appointments and recovery. Thank you!
