I was referred to lister hospital emergency care team by another hospital as had just been diagnosed with diabetes.Everyone was so friendly from a and, sdec ward and the two lovely diabetic nurses that came to see me to teach me about how to do injections and all the information. The hospital was so clean, everyone was so friendly and always took the time to introduce themselves to me and ask how I was and make sure I was comfortable at what was a worrying time realising I was insulin dependent. The diabetes outpatients team have also been amazing inviting me in for reviews , replying to emails and phone calls.
Thank you again.
"Fantastic practice "
