"Great facilitators in group"

About: Adult mental health / Andover CMHT

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I found the psychology stabilisation group beneficial, challenging, supportive and needed. The most helpful part was the relationship between myself and the leaders.

Interaction and feedback. The least helpful part was the dynamics of attendance of others didn’t lend itself to continuity other than the leaders. The feeling at the end of it that the limbo of nothing planned could be helped by further interaction. Parts very helpful and revelatory is the fight or flight mode. Made me more aware of others.

The facilitators were the reason why I attended, very good. Didn’t affect to anybody’s views, didn’t come across as pompous “were doing us a favour etc”. Just right. Valuable assets to have.

Just thank you and please keep those that need to know what’s happening to them therapy-wise in the future and not suspend all contact.
