"The service I received was second to none"

I would like to share my 5* experience recently at the ENT department.  The service I received from the whole department was second to none.

From the Audiologist who spotted my problem, to the Doctor who slotted me into his already fully booked clinic, and to the Nursing staff, Debbie and auxiliary Mickey all for their support and kind words when they knew I was already anxious about what was to come. 

I would also like to mention the ENT secretary Majella who went above and beyond to secure me the slots needed to carry out my procedures, and finally the Doctors who performed the procedures for their patience, understanding and reassurance,  That was very much appreciated.
