About: Intermediate and Transitional Care / Community Rehabilitation Team

(as a service user),

This has been a difficult year, as I have had three falls, first resulting in a partial hip replacement, second with a fractured wrist and finally fractures of the pelvis. It was so good to have the carers call with me each day. They were all so kind and helpful giving me the encouragement to face the day ahead when I was feeling sorry for myself. I feel they all have given me such great support.
