I've been to the breast screening clinic at Altnagelvin 4 times since April and each time I've been treated with respect and kindness, from checking in to the breast care nurse, the surgeon, the staff doing the scans. You are given your own breast care nurse but everyone is there to help you. I felt I was listened to and my care plan was discussed with everyone before the right decision was made for me.
