"Excellent and outstanding faultless NHS care"

I just want to express my heartfelt and very warm thanks and appreciation to Mr Girgis (consultant urologist) and his Operating Room team plus the two nurses in the York Day Surgery Unit for an excellent experience to remove two small bladder stones and to undertake other surgery on my bladder.  Without exception, all the medics were of the highest professional integrity, extremely pleasant and cheerful to put patients at ease as well as being very willing to explain exactly what the operation involved.   Excellent and outstanding faultless NHS care - both pre-operation and post-operation in the Day Unit - that we can be very proud of, even working on a Sunday to help clear the backlog - all the medics being great assets to the NHS.   At no time did I feel any concern, which is very important.
