Had a Ultrasonic Trans Thoracic Echocardiogram on 1st July 2024 for patient with mild AF identified in 2007 ECG at surgery 26/4/2024 still showed minor ventricular anomaly - (Patient male , 74) No results received by me or the surgery as of today 3/8/2024 . It may be that no news is good news but my recent diabetic eyesight results (run at the surgery by Bristol) took just 7 days to reach me and the practice. Who do we chase for the Cardio results??
To be totally fair, the actual test was well performed and reasonably ontime. Why are results ( good or bad) taking such a long time?
