"I felt like a person and not just a patient"

I have complex surgical history and unfortunately have required many visits to the hospital. I returned recently and was so well looked after on the surgical observation unit, they went above and beyond. I felt like a person and not just a patient, they did everything to make me comfortable as fast as they could. I didn’t get their names, but huge thank you as I know how busy you all are and you made a dreaded visit much easier with your warmth and humility.
