"Super Service and support from Sutton Benger…"

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the pharmacy team at sutton benger surgery. Due to a previous emergency request being filled by another pharmacy I wasn’t aware all future repeat prescriptions would be automatically sent to them! I was advised of this when I queried with sutton benger surgery who provided a bar code I went to collect from alternative pharmacy as it was ready. I could not believe the chaos that ensued. Even though my full address was clearly on the printed label I only used the number & steet name for the next 15 mins I was quizzed. I confirmed my identity and showed messages from the surgery !! No joy it was just so ridiculous I had photo identity as well !! still no in desperation I text help ! to sutton benger surgery team omg talk about fast response it was incredible further communication was had and finally I was given my repeat medication !!! So frustrating particularly when I saw the label I was speechless. The good news is the lovely team have changed my repeats back to the surgery and I was grateful to just pop in this week. Long live the village surgery. I can’t imagine how I works have for this sorted with out their brilliant assistance!😊 thank you very much.
