"Professional and courteous"

Had a colonoscopy at Wycombe hospital under Dr Lei's team. The process was extremely efficient, professional and courteous - made to feel very relaxed and the team were, appropriately, humorous. Explanations before, after and during the procedure were very clear. Cannot speak highly enough of the team.

The hospital itself was difficult to navigate. Poor signage and no one in reception area (all day) to offer assistance, directions etc.
