About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Heart Failure Clinic

(as a relative),

My husband was due an appointment in February /March in Causeway after seeing a Heart Failure Nurse there in January  but there was a long delay with several cancelled appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Booking Dept staff were very good and phoned when a cancellation became available this week in Magherafelt. These ladies did listen to my previous calls! Thank you.

Finally he saw Rebekah on Tuesday. She was excellent and very thorough and listened. Good professional advice etc was given and necessary tests done . She then phoned with blood results on Thursday with change in medication level with follow up blood tests in pipeline. She will then make contact by phone down the line plus a Face to Face appointment in a few months. 

Thank you for your care , attention and interest in my husband's case. You gave us much needed care and reassurance - lovely , caring and professional, and put my husband at ease immediately.. Thank you.
