(as a service user),

I would like to thank the health care professionals during my recent stay in hospital for hip revision surgery. This was my 4th operation and by far the best care I have received. Names of nurses were Victoria, Kerry, Nancy and Leah with Fiona being my pre-assessment nurse, all making my stay as pleasurable as possible. 

The process within the new National Treatment Centre was swift and professional, everyone ready to answer any questions. The facilities were clean and well looked after.

Many thanks for all involved in my stay.
