I submitted an online request just before 12pm asking for blood tests. My doctor called me an hour later and agreed I should have the tests. He then booked me an appointment for 2pm on the same day. The whole experience was perfect. The doctor was very kind and listened to me and he went out of his way to book me an appointment. I literally had my blood test within another hour. The whole experience took 2 hours. Absolutely amazing thank you so much
