I had reason to call 111 and was referred to Out of Hours Service for what turned out to be an infection in both lower legs.
Despite arriving half an hour late for appointment due to road closures/diversions I was made to feel relaxed and seen by a nurse and doctor almost immediately.
They couldn't have been more pleasant and I was examined and given medication to take home with me. My son was allowed to stay with me making it an altogether good experience.
