What went well:

I saw the most wonderful Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Lydia, at Cranwich Road Surgery. She checked out my daughter thoroughly - I could tell she's experienced and clearly knew what she's doing. She prescribed just the right ear spray, and by the next day, my 7-year old daughters fever was down and she was back to her happy bouncy self! I'm so grateful to Lydia; she is a kind, caring and gentle nurse with which my daughter felt at ease. Thank you!

Please can the clinicians understand that with the call back systems, patients are not given a time to expect a call. We wait for the call all day and if you miss the call, please can you leave a message, try once more or call the landline (if provided).

And if the secretary leaves a note asking you to try again please do so 0 it can be so disappointing and frustrating to be overlooked!
