"Useless and pathetic service "

About: King George Hospital

I arrived at 12:30 pm after being referred to the hospital by my gp. The doctors saw me once at 3:30 pm then left me for an hour before sending me to cdu, where I've been waiting since 4:30 pm. It's now 9:06 pm, and I still haven't seen a doctor. The service is pathetic and poor—how can they expect me to wait this long? I have a newborn and a one-year-old at home, and I've been away from them for hours

This service is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. How can they expect patients to wait this long? I have a newborn and a one-year-old at home, and I have been away from them for hours. This level of care is disgraceful. I strongly advise against coming here if you need timely medical attention.
