"I am still waiting"

Cardiology dept carried out an angioplasty in mid-May and as I was getting off the table the surgeon told me they could not complete because of the calcium built up but they did say it is possible to drill it out although this operation is somewhat risky. They then told me that they would have me back and take more pictures plus having a discussion with the team.

That was 11 weeks ago. I am still waiting and my quality of life is deteriorating to the extent that I have to determine if I can carry out the task I wish to do.

Your staff are excellent people but as a patient communication is a very important part of reducing stress.
