I just wanted to say a big thank you to a particular member of staff in your phlebotomy (blood test) department. He was a total professional and a real asset to the NHS. He dealt with my sudden 'emotional relapse' in a caring manner and is a true inspiration to others. If God had sent an Angel to Earth it would be them, thanks. Other staff and hospital were amazing too, I would recommend this hospital to others
