About: Weston Park Hospital

(as the patient),

I would just like to share some feedback for the staff member on the nuclear card. 

I was very anxious and stressed on my recent visit, but Gareth soon put me at ease and kept me up to date throughout the time I was there. 

When I returned, Gareth continued with with his professional attitude.

I was fully kept in the loop what was happening and felt at ease.

I would appreciate if you could pass on my appreciation for the outstanding care.

Gareth is a credit to Weston park hospital .
