"I was treated with the utmost respect and manners"

About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Day Procedure Unit

(as the patient),

I had surgery at Omagh hospital yesterday by a team led by Mr Miller. From the moment I was met at reception I was treated with the utmost respect and manners. The student nurse was engaging and interested in what was for happening.

Mags, my nurse for the day, was fantastic as was the other nurses in the day procedure ward. Everything was carried out with efficiency and in a calm manner.

Mr Miller and his registrar kept me informed and gave me confidence in their ability. A great way about them. Post surgery I was monitored and informed of every step with great advice on how to manage my recovery.

Again Mr Miller and his registrar checked all was good with a good bed side manner. I just want to finish with saying how much I appreciate what the whole team have done for me.

Thank you
