(as a parent/guardian),

We had a 2 year review Yvonne our health visitor, as always we had a great experience,

Yvonne is so friendly and approachable and I’m always made aware that I can reach out to her and the other members of the team if I have any concerns for my child.

Since my child’s birth I have felt supported and reassured with all visits and know that they are always there to answer any questions or worries I may have.

Many thanks for taking the time out of your busy life as a mum to share this lovely feedback with us.

I fully appreciate the importance of having a trusting relationship with your Health Visitor, and I am delighted to hear of the positive relationship you have with Yvonne and indeed the rest of the team.

Our amazing Health Visitors work tirelessly to deliver the Health Visiting Universal Pathway to all babies and children on their caseloads, a home visit at around 2 years old being one of those defined contacts.

I will be delighted to share your helpful feedback with Yvonne and the team on your behalf
