"Experience of fracture clinic"

About: Outpatients / Fracture Clinic University Hospital Wishaw / Radiology

(as a relative),

Waited over 1 hour before being asked to take my disabled brother to another part of the hospital for an x-ray.

We had asked when we arrived if this was the case could we wait for the x-ray now. After 1 hour had to take him to 2 further desks to get notes for x-ray.

When we arrived at x-ray pink Area which was ridiculous to go to, I was asked to undress my brother for his x-ray. Then was taken back to first waiting room. To be moved after 5 minutes to yet another waiting area, where apparently there is only 1 doctor on shift to see everyone that has outpatients appointments.

No member of staff advise you on what's happening or waiting times or any direction to other parts of the hospital.
